A MESSAGE FROM PRCMG ON COVID-19

UPDATE: AS OF 3/24/20, PRCMG/NCFRP WILL REMAIN OPEN TO TREAT OUR PATIENTS VIA TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Please Do Not come into the office unless otherwise directed by PRCMG/NCFRP staff. We encourage you to call your primary healthcare provider immediately if you have symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing (check here — https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/index.html), OR you are at-risk (check here — https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/specific-groups/high-risk-complications.html).

For over 20 years, Pain & Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group’s mission has always been “to relieve suffering and improve quality of life.” This mission guides us, as we all try to navigate uncharted waters and face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With this in mind, we realize that we are “essential” to our patients. The shelter at home  issued for Bay Area county residents identifies all healthcare operations as an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS and have encouraged such businesses to remain open. So, we have decided that PRCMG & NCFRP WILL REMAIN OPEN TO TREAT OUR PATIENTS.

We recognize that these are unsettling times, but we want you to know that, as always, our focus is on the safety and wellbeing of our staff and patients. On a day to day basis, we continue to monitor and follow the guidelines provided by the CDC and our government and local health authorities. In response, PRCMG & NCFRP have put in place several precautionary measures for our staff and patients as recommended by the CDC including, increased standard precautions and additional environmental cleaning and disinfecting protocols.

While this continues to be a challenging time for all of us, we also want to thank and recognize the overwhelming support of our clinical and administrative teams, who continue to provide the best possible care for our patients.
